DDF 5000 HIGH PERFORMANCE FILTER MEDIA

A high performance fine filter particularly suited as a final ceiling filter for paint spray-booth enclosures, drying rooms etc. Also suitable for sensitive air quality requirements for special purpose rooms and as a fine pre-filter to absolute filtration.

The material is 20mm in depth and is manufactured from thermally bonded fibres, impregnated with adhesive to enhance dust-holding capacity. An open mesh scrim is fitted on the exit face for greater stability.

DDF 2000 MEDIUM DUTY FILTER MEDIA
(EU3 Classification)

A medium specification filter suitable as a pre-filter and as a second stage extract filter on paint spray-booths. Also suitable for general air filtration and as a filter media for air conditioning systems and various types of cooling systems.

The filter media is 20mm in depth ad manufactured from thermally bonded fibres, which are graded in density towards the exit side to give high dust holding capacity and low airflow resistance.

DDF 3000 LIGHT DUTY FILTER MEDIA
(EU3 Classification)

A lighter grade version of DFM 2000 being 14mm in depth and suitable for a variety of light duty air filtration application and having very low airflow resistance.

DDF 1000 OVER-SPRAY ARRESTMENT FILTER

A 100mm nominal depth, heavy duty first stage paint over-spray arrestment filter of fiberglass construction with progressive density towards the exit face. very high holding capacity coupled with air airflow rates and low resistance, are important features of this media.

DDF 4000 PLEATED PANEL OVER-SPRAY ARRESTMENT FILTER

A high performance, pleated cardboard multi-cell, first stage, over-spray paint arrestment filter, ideal for use as a vertical target wall filter media in dry-back extract paint spray-booths. This filter media operates on the turbulent/cyclonic separation principle and gives good holding capacity with low airflow resistance.

This media is supplied 900mm wide in an extended length of 10 metres and packaged in a collapsed state for convenience of handling. When being extended for use, the recommended number of pleats per metre is 26.

• Recommended air velocity: 0.5 - 1.0 m/s
• Initial Resistance @ 0.75 m/s: 30 Pa
• Final Resistance @ 0.75 m/s: 130 Pa
• Maximum operating temperature: 180^oC

DDF BAG FILTERS
(EU3 - EU9 Classification)

DDF bag filters find widespread use in air replacement plants, air conditioning and heating, cooling and ventilating systems. They are available in a standard range of sizes as listed below with different grades of filter media pockets according to the performance specification, EU3 - EU9. The pocket and spacer design employed ensures the most efficient performance. Header frames are galvanized, safety edge type.

DDF PANEL FILTERS
(EU3 - EU5 Classification)

These disposable panel filters are available in any size to order and are ideal for small capacity filtration purposes. General construction is based on a moisture resistant cardboard frame, punched metal face covers with filter media to suit the specification requirements.

These filters are also available of aluminium construction with fiberglass media for operation up to 300^oC.

DDF V-PLEATED PANEL FILTERS
(EU4 - EU9 Classification)

Similar in construction to our Panel filters detailed above, these filters are fitted with pleased synthetic, non-woven media and offer improved efficiency and capacity over the standard panel filters.

DDF GREASE FILTERS

Designed for a wide range of applications in the catering and allied industries. Constructed from aluminium, galvanised steel or all stainless steel with substantial braced frames and integral folding handles. Drainage holes are positioned at each corner. Filter element is metal mesh of similar material to the main construction.

Also available are baffle type filters, which are non-grease loading and are used when fire risk control is a requirement.

These filters are supplied to any size to order and are fully washable.

SPECIAL PURPOSE FILTERS

A range of special purpose filters including reticulated foam and activated carbon for odour control and other gaseous emission control are available from DDF.

Technical assistance is normally required when specifying this type of filtration media. DDF offer full technical consultation in the use of any of its products.

DDF also supply a range of absolute (HEPA) filters and automatic roll filters for special requirements.
